We have more than 30 years’ experience in this field with in excess of 300 structures successfully completed. Our service is rated top quality and we are committed to our commencement and completion dates.
All our work carries a 3 (three) year workmanship guarantee and a 15 (fifteen) year material guarantee.
We use SABS approved, H3 treated SA Pine for our structures and we clad in Garapa, Balau, Massaranduba, Ipe, Purple Heart, SA Pine etc. All our timber is from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified suppliers.
Owner supervision at all times to ensure excellent workmanship.
50% payment on delivery of building material and balance on completion.
